Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
    • Other governorates: 3–7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

  • You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Returns are not applicable for:
    • Customized or special-order items.
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • In case of defective or wrong items, 2GO Mart will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
